Cancellation
- 1. Customers can cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is done. No cancellation charges will be applied.
- 2. No cancellation will be allowed post sample collection.
Refund
- 1. If cancellation has been initiated by customers who have done the booking using online payment method, they can make the request for the refund to be credited either in their Gudmed.in wallet or the payment platform selected at the time of booking.
- 2. Customer will be eligible for a full and/or partial refund in case the respective testing Lab is unable to provide the report within the Turnaround Time (TAT) mentioned at the time of booking.
- 3. Customers need to raise their refund request either by calling 9999196828 or writing an email to cs@gudmed.in
- 4. Refunds might take 5-7 business days to get credited in the customer’s account.
- 5. Refund for any cash transaction will be credited in Customer’s Gudmed.in Wallet only.
- 6. No refund request will be entertained once the Lab has generated the test report within TAT.
- 7. No refund request will be entertained 15 days after a sample collection has been done.
Surgery related cases
We strive to offer a seamless experience to our customers that entails any payment that our users or patients make. With this, we have a very smooth payment and the cancellation policy set below:

We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as our users or patients for any payment that you make on the payment link sent by us.
Incase you want to cancel any surgery or planned procedure you are free to do so as long as Hospital or medical center has bourne any expense related to the same and you choose to cancel within the time limit defined by the Hospital/surgery center.
We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all services are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the quality of care.
In case a payment made by you is failed, then it will be refunded back to the same payment mode. It will take a maximum of 7-15 Working Days for disbursal of refund.
Note: GUDMED is not withholding any payment made by you that is failed. The total time in the process of refund is solely taken by Bank to process the transaction.
Medicine return policy
As GudMed offers medicines through its partners incase you want to return the product we will assist you for the same , you will have to follow the guidelines of the merchant partner
If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that merchant partner cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request on merchant portal or take help from our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. GUDMED or Merchant partner reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. All genuine request will followed up to initiate the Return and Refund process. We shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred us in this regard.

The returns are subject to the below conditions:-
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
- Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
- Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
- Please follow that there are categories of Non returnable and Non refundable items which fall under category like, Baby nipple, nappies, Sexual wellness products , Surgical items, Health monitors, Glucostics , Temperature controlled items such as vials, Injections, fluids , medicines , syringes, Pregnancy kits etc.
For LAB tests
GudMEd offers Labtest with their partner network , incase you have any issue with the report or services and want to raise a refund we are happy to help under following
- If the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick related injury;
- If the report has been challenged and no proper justification (i.e. reasonable clarification provided either by us or the diagnostic centre) has been provided;
- If the time limit within which a report has to be provided to the patient is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours and no proper justification (i.e reasonable clarification provided either by us or the diagnostic centre) has been provided
Cancellation of order
The customer can cancel the order for the product till GudMed or its partners ship it. Orders once shipped / Lab test procedure already undertaken cannot be cancelled.
The customer can cancel the order for medical test till the collection of sample.
GudMed cancellation:
There may be certain orders that GudMed or its partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
GudMed Reserves the right to cancel order incase found under discrepancy or for Commercial sales or made as a malpractice
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
All Monies shall be returned to the original account through online mode of payment by GudMed or respective partners
